Question: Simple program to cut songs for ringtones?

So I listen to a lot of songs from Asia, and there are a few of them that I want to use as ringtones, but they are way to long. Obviously I can't download them since I live in the US... I have audacity, or something like that, but I don't really understand how to use it. Anyone have any other suggestions for some simple programs I can use?

You can use VCD Cutter it is a user friendly program
