I know there is a way to do it using a memory card and windows movie maker . but i need to know what edition movie maker i need i have windows xp so if anyone knows how to make your own please put a video link or explain to me please thank you!

Www.myxer.com They have an app where you upload the song you want then use whatever part of the song you want as the ring tone. And its totally free! Its what I use. And I highly recommend it. It also allows you to send pictures to your phone from the internet to use as backgrounds.
