Do you go on the internet more from your cell phones or your computers?
Which do you prefer your new iMacphone or the computers?Ha Ha I am on a Computer why do I have to wait to get one? I am not asking for me on this question just a general knowledge question for anyone who wants to know.
Am I the only one who hates when 6-11 year olds have cell phones/facebook?
I just kind of feel except for a very small percentage of young children who are incredibly intelligent and mature for their age, that their too young to be messing around with cell phones and FaceBook I just feel it's unneccesary, and perhaps even detrimental. Kids shouldn't be growing THAT fast. I feel that for a cell phone you should at least be 11 and for FaceBook should be at least 13.And I'm only going into the 8th grade BTW, am 13 turning 14 in two months and I just don't like the thought of getting friend requests and texts from my 7 year old sister's friends on FaceBook and I feel they should be doing more child like things at that age. growing upYeah, a simple cell phone is okay, but I really mean 6 11 years old having iPhones Blackberries with a bunch of apps and games, texting etc.

my friend doesn't have a cell phone and he used to go on this site that you can text people but i dint know the name on the site. i lost my cell so i cant text so i really need this site. i know there is a web site so please don't say there isn't cuz i know there is. need help
Dial up networking with an older cell phone?
Hello, I am a system administrator and occasionally I have to access a dial up network which requires a LAN telephone line. I remember back in the day we used to be able to use cell phones as a dial up modem via a usb cable or a blue tooth chip. Today it is all about 4g and 3g networking which in order to accomplish dialing in would require 2 laptops a cell phone with 3g and a magic jack. Does anyone know of an older AT& T phones that would allow me to pop in my sim card and use it as a dial up modem via blue tooth or usb. I only have to do this on rare occasions but if I am asked to I would much rather be able to do it on the spot.Although I agree with the landline not sure what I was thinking there, it is not the internet it is hyper terminal via a dial up connection which would not require a data plan at all I just need to find a phone that still does it because ever since AT& T started internet connectivity via GSM, 3g and 4g they have taken this feature away.
How can I make outgoing calls with Google Voice WITHOUT using any cell phone minutes?
I have a budget plan, and have to pay for every minute.It wanted to ring my cell phone to connect me to the number I called. Incoming calls cost minutes, of course. I want something like Skype with a headset , but skype charges for calls to landlines and cell phones. Did I select the wrong type of service for Google Voice?
Facebook asking for cell phone?
I just opened a FB account and I went to sign in a second time and it wants my cell phone. I don t have a cell phone right now. Why can t I get in unless I put a cell phone number in? Is there a way around this?It won't let me skip the step. I am locked out of my account until I give a cell phone according to them. I am pretty annoyed. Not everyone has cell phones.
