Cannot turn on bluetooth on my dell studio 1537 laptop?!?

Question: Cannot turn on bluetooth on my dell studio 1537 laptop?!?

Please help I've tried almost everything suggested on each site or forum and I just can't seem to find a solution: I know I have a bluetooth mini/ card as it is enabled in bios but I can't find it anywhere else not even in device manager. I've tried to download some compatible drivers but some won't run at all and only one started running the installation wizard but it says to press fn+f2 which doesn't do anything. I don't have a manual on/ off switch for it either. My OS is windows 7. Its not listed on my control panel at all (including networking)

You say it is enabled (enabled means 'on' in english), which means the drivers are already installed and on, so you don't need that. you need to find the program which runs it(however 7 is supposed to do this on it's own) and of course ahve a device to pair it with once it's on/ running/ etc... you can look in networking in control panel and the bluetooth should be listed there. double click it and whatever program runs it should come up. in that case, are you sure the device has the drivers installed and enabled in device manager?
