Question: I need help figuring out bluetooth.?

I have a Dell Studio 1735 but when I go to connect my phone or any device to it, it wont find anything. and when I try clicking on bluetooth settings nothing happens. Any ideas? someone please help me soon!

Make sure your phone is set to searchable. most phone are not by default. its in your bluetooth setings
